Tee time reservations

To reserve a tee time, you can call the Pro Shop at (613) 839-5885 Option ‘1’ or use our online reservation engine.

A valid credit card is required to reserve a tee. No fee will be charged when making the reservation.

2024 rates

  • Due to the high number of no-shows during the 2022 season, a valid credit card is required to make a reservation.

    A late cancellation or no-show fee will be applied to the credit card used to reserve the tee time. In the event of a no-show, the online account used for making the reservation will also be deactivated.

    The no-show fee will also be applied when a reservation was made for two or more golfers and one or more parties do not show up.

    Cancellations or changes to a reservation must be made 12 hours in advance by calling the Pro Shop at (613) 839-5885.

Loch March Golf & Country Club dress code

Loch March requests that its patrons, golfing or otherwise, adhere to its dress code.

We reserve the right to refuse access to the golf course to anyone who does not comply with the Loch March Golf & Country Club dress code.

Other important information

Loch March policies related to the issuance of rain checks and consumption of alcohol beverages not purchased on-premises are outlined below.

  • Rain checks are not issued for such things as slow play, personal schedule constraints, personal commitments, incomplete rounds due to darkness, etc. Rain checks will be issued in a dollar amount based on the purchase price of your Green Fee and the number of holes you played that you can redeem on your next round at the facility it was issued at.

  • All alcohol beverages consumed on Loch March promises must be purchased on-site. Any alcoholic beverages brought onto the property from outside will be confiscated and disposed of immediately, in compliance with Province of Ontario Liquor License Act, R.S.O.1990, c. L. 19.

    Individuals who bring alcoholic beverages may be asked to leave the property and forfeit their fee.
